We'll look into your request and correct any information that's found to be inaccurate. You can raise a dispute or request a correction free of charge using the form below. This process will not affect your credit score or any credit decisions.
To protect your personal information, we may need to confirm your identity before we can investigate your request. If we're unable to do this, we'll contact you to ask for further information.
Under UK law (Consumer Credit Act 1974), Noggin HQ must respond to a dispute or correction request within 28 days of receiving it. This includes informing you whether the information has been corrected, removed, or will remain unchanged. Some updates may take longer if lenders need to verify their records, but you will always receive a formal response within the statutory timeframe.

Yes. We will ask you to provide some form of identification when requesting your Statutory Credit Report. This is to protect your personal information and ensure the credit report is only released to you.
Typically, this involves confirming details such as your full name, date of birth, current and previous addresses, and sometimes additional information. In some cases, you may also be asked to upload copies of ID documents if your identity can’t be verified electronically.
